Can my trinket dish go in the dishwasher?

The real gold on Intrinsic Trinket Dishes is relatively delicate and if it were scrubbed hard enough - or put in the dishwasher over and over - the gold may slowly lighten over time. So to keep it shining, wash it gently - by hand!
