Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: 

Change of Mind Exchanges - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Faulty Items - Under Australian Consumer Law if an item has a major problem, we are happy to assist with a solution and you may choose a refund or exchange. 

Clearance Stock - sales are final and no returns/exchanges for change of mind are available. 

Return Conditions: 

Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging (if applicable). We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn or washed unless they have a clear manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. If a return is approved for a faulty item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we have received and inspected the goods we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.

  • Order Number.
  • Full Name and Contact Number.
  • Item/s Details.
  • For Faulty claims - photo of issue and preference for exchange or refund.
